This hat (and it’s soon to be released fingering weight cousin) features a stitch pattern that has been in my mind for quite a while but it took a lot of attempts to bring it into being on my needles (and on paper!). Not that any of the attempts were bad, but they weren’t what I wanted from it, so I continued to strive to perfect the image that I had in my mind.

Well here it is - Danny’s Hat is a quick knit, chunky hat featuring a beautifully constructed crown reminiscent of flower petals or maybe some might see gothic arches.

A quick summary:

Sizes (to fit)
Child/Teen: 46-51cm (18-20inches)
Adult Small: 52-56cm (20-22inches)
Adult Large: 56-60cm (22-24inches)

Chunky yarn. Pink and Grey samples pictured used Rico Essentials Mega Wool Chunky.
