Darova filet shawl
Also available on Etsy.
Use two cakes of gradient yarn to create a large and beautifully patterned rectangle wrap or shawl with flowing tassels.
The unique design of the easy to make filet crochet shows off your skills and creates an elegant and whimsical autumn or spring accessory.
The filet crochet shawl pattern is inspired by intricate embroidery patterns from my native Romania.
It consists of one square pattern repeat which can be repeated as many times as you want, even in smaller sections if you have limited yarn.
You can work this pattern in regular filet crochet or in Tunisian filet crochet.
The pattern includes short and full written instructions for advanced and beginner crocheters, a filet chart with square symbols and a chart with crochet symbols, perfect for beginners.
