Sock is knitted toe up and instructions are written so that it can be knitted using either magic loop or DPNs.

Written instructions with charted colour work. There is a section at the end of the pattern with hints and tips on knitting stretchy colour work.

The socks are knitted in Dartmoor Yarn Company 4ply Jacob. This is a thick 4ply, so if substituting yarn, a sport weight or a thin double knitting might be appropriate.

Smaller sizes require approximately 50g cream and 75g chocolate, while larger sizes require approximately 75g cream and 75g brown.

Socks are knitted by width and instructions give options of matching three different foot lengths to any of the four widths.
