These socks were created with a beautiful self-striping yarn that blends all the blues of a cold winter. Inspired by the movement of snow as it falls to the ground and gets plowed neatly along the sides of the streets, this pattern captures what you might see during a long walk during this chilly season.

The pattern is written for DPNs referring to Needles 1-4. You can accommodate it for Magic Loop or 2 circulars.

NOTIONS: Stitch marker to mark the beginning of the round, A tapestry needle for weaving ends.

PATTERN STYLE: The pattern contains written as well as chart instructions. There is a key and full abbreviation list included as well.

DIFFICULTY: Advanced Beginner/Intermediate: increases, decreases, and sock construction.

YARN: This pattern was designed to show off the beautiful colors in self-striping yarn. Certainly solid, lightly tonal yarn or subtle variegated would show excellent stitch definition.
