This quick knit felted purse is the perfect quick knit project results in a cute and practical purse large enough to carry just the essentials (and maybe a little snack).

CONSTRUCTION NOTES:
The bag is worked bottom up starting with a base worked flat. Stitches are then picked up and the bag is worked in the round until the handle. Handles are shaped using German Short Rows. It is suitable to substitute a different method for short rows if that is your preference. Stitches are bound off and then cast on again for the handles.

Main colour: approx. 85 g non-superwash worsted weight wool yarn

6 mm circular needles either 12 or 16 inches in length
6 mm longer circulars or straight needles

Base 10 cm x 14.5 cm
Base to bind off for handle: 17 cm
Base to top of handle: 20 cm
