The Dawn Cardigan is a seamless raglan shaped cardigan with a V-neck and straight wide sleeves. The sleeves and body are separated by placing the sleeve stitches on hold while the body is worked flat in stockinette stitch and finished separately with an I-cord. The sleeve stitches are placed back on the needles, worked in stockinette stitch in the round and finished with an I-cord hem, repeating for the other sleeve.

FIT
This sweater is designed to have 10 – 25 cm / 4 – 10 in of positive ease at the bust. The measurements in the picture represent the finished dimensions of the garment, not actual body measurements. If you fall between sizes, size up or down based on your ease preference.

GAUGE
Stockinette stitch on 3.5 mm / US 4 needles, worked flat and wet blocked:
21 sts x 30 rows – 10 cm / 4 in

YARN
The sample is worked using Rosa Pomar João (50 g - 136 m / 149 yds). You can alternatively use a similar sport-weight yarn.

Requirements: 795 (925) 1074 (1219) 1393 (1562) meters / 869 (1012) 1175 (1333) 1523 (1708) yards.
I used Rosa Pomar João in the color “915”.
