Pilots will tell you this is the magic hour. There is a special silence about the world before dawn, lifting off into the crisp morning air. They’ll also tell you to bring a hat; it’s cold up there.

Yarn Requirements:
Approximately 77 yards (71 meters) Main Color and 102 yards (94 meters) Contrast Color
Tonal, semi-solid yarns in high contrast to each other will work best.

Recommended Needles:
Size 5 (3.75 mm) 16” (40.6 cm) circular
Size 7 (4.5 mm) 16” (40.6 cm) circular and a set of double pointed needles (DPNs).
Please check your gauge and adjust needle size accordingly.

Removable stitch marker
Tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
Row counter may be helpful.

Gauge:
Approximately 20 sts/26 rows = 4” (10 cm) in colorwork pattern in the round with US 7 (4.5 mm).
