It’s time to let your yarn do the talking!
This shawl is a nice easy knit that allows a colourful yarn to be shown off to its fullest. Choose your favourite colourway and let the yarn take centre stage. The body of the shawl is easy to memorise and work, making it ideal for TV, travel or social knitting.
The shawl begins with a sweep of colour, choose your favourite colourway and let the yarn take centre stage. The body of the shawl is easy to memorise and work, making it ideal for TV, travel or social knitting.
As you reach the border, a simple, elegant lace pattern is added. Worked with a mini-skein in a solid, contrast shade, the lace starts to form like rays of light along the edge. The pattern is easy to adapt too so if you have more yarn and want to make a deeper lace border, you absolutely can!
Light, airy, and effortlessly wearable, it’s the perfect companion for autumn mornings, cooler evenings, or any time you want to wrap yourself in a moment of calm.
It’s also a great alternative for a yarn sock set if you want to make something other than socks!

Pattern Testimonials
“When I bought my yarn set, the blues reminded me of the colors of summer as a child: blue of the sky, teal of a friend’s swimming pool, bright pinks of the lilies growing in the yard near the pool, and the gold the bright sunshine that warmed us after a swim. The lace on this shawl reminds me of rays of sunshine. Every time I wear this I will be wrapped in sweet memories of my childhood” - Lila
“This was a very enjoyable, meditative knit, easily memorised, ideal TV/Craft group knitting. The pattern is very well written and easy to follow”- Linda
“This is such a relaxing knit and shows off the yarn beautifully on the stocking stitch section. I love the splash of colour on the lacy finish and really is pretty after blocking” - Sally
