Spring mornings break with a deep blue and then fractured sunlight with pinks, purples and blues as the sky lightens. This shawl is my ode to daybreak on a spring morning. You’ll start with a garter tab cast on and work through a relaxing garter stitch section, perfect for watching Netflix or listening to your favorite book. Next you’ll move into a fun lace section in a contrasting yarn to make the stitches pop. You finish with a perpendicular border. You’ll need to wet block this well so the points pop and the lace opens up.

This shawl will keep you warm on those crisp spring mornings and even those cool summer evenings.
