I found this wide, colorful trim at Daytona Trimming in New York City and immediately envisioned it as a lining for a belt. I picked a smooth cotton yarn for the belt’s exterior and calculated how many stitches would be needed to match the trim’s width. I then sewed the trim to the knitted strap and attached a wooden buckle.
