Debbie's Cloche
I originally designed Debbie’s Cloche for the loom when a coworker and good friend was diagnosed with cancer. It was knit with a fun bi-color, textural band in a thick yarn to warm her heart and head. Now this appealing, two-color design has been converted into a hand-knit pattern, with two textural band variations so you, too, can spread warmth and cheer to those that need it.
Sizes:
Adult - One Size
Gauge:
This Cloche is good worked in any soft, bulky yarn you love at a Gauge of 2.5 stitches per inch.
Suggested Needles:
16-inch, size 13 (or any size that gives the desired gauge)
Suggested Yarns:.
Mirasol YaYa - 100% Superwash Merino.
Berocco NOBLE – Merino and Polyester
Universal Yarns – Uptown bulky
BAAH Sequoia 100% Merino
Or any yarn you love that knits at 2.5 stitches per inch.
1 skein (~55yds) of Color A and 1 skein of color B
I hope you enjoy knitting and gifting or wearing this cozy, super cute cloche
