This is a pattern for an ornately cabled poncho. The border cables (both front and bottom) frame the poncho nicely, and the focal cable stitch is both unique and perfect for a garment such as this one.

There are various options for you neckline included within the pattern. You can elect to make this either a turtleneck or a cowl neck, Instructions are included for both.

The pattern is written for two sizes: Small - Medium and Large - XL. In addition, there are also sizing tips if you want to change either the length or width. Further, there are instructions for an optional crocheted edging.

The three stitches are both charted and written out line by line.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a good working knowledge of cabling)
