DeborahK Beanie
Some designs arrive quietly, knowing exactly what they want to be.

The DeborahK Beanie is a simple, timeless beanie worked in plain stockinette, allowing the yarn to speak for itself. Soft, elegant, and unembellished, it celebrates the beauty of simplicity—because some things need nothing more.

This beanie was designed in memory of my dear friend Deborah Kroh—almost a sister—whom I met through knitting. Her presence in my life was profound. The yarn used for this design was a gift from her, and as I explored different stitches and ideas, I kept returning to stockinette. In the end, it felt right—quiet, graceful, and complete. Just like her.

As you knit, I hope these simple stitches carry remembrance, love, and connection. May they hold space for someone dear in your own heart.
