One evening in December 2019, this sock came to life. I recall it vividly; it was a brisk night, and I was
nestled beneath my knitted wool blanket. As I watched a Christmas movie, a design emerged in my
mind, prompting me to seek inspiration for a new sock. Once again, I transcribed the pattern that
formed in my thoughts, this time on my phone. I meticulously adjusted the design, adding one element
while eliminating another, incorporating a braid only to discard it later. Ultimately, there it was—the
December Night sock.
