This adult sized hat pattern is suitable for the beginning knitter. It is knitted in the round from the brim to crown using bulky weighted yarn.

The needles and yarn required are as follows:

--US size 10.5 (6.5 mm) double pointed needles (or size appropriate to obtain gauge)
--16” US size 10.5 (6.5 mm) circular needle (or size appropriate to obtain gauge)
--Approximately 110 yards of bulky weight yarn
