Deering Cardigan
This cropped, relaxed-fit cardigan features a small collar and wide three-quarter length sleeves, creating a perfectly balanced design.
Made with woolen spun yarn, it also uses only knit and purl stitches to create a beautiful geometric pattern, resulting in a lightweight and comfortable feel.
However, the seams reinforce the structure and prevent stretching or sagging, so this cardigan was intentionally designed with seams to ensure it can be loved and worn for a long time.
This cardigan is worked back and forth from the bottom up, with each section worked separately. The sleeves are three-quarter length. After joining the shoulders, sew on the collar, then pick up stitches from the front opening to join and work the double-knitted button bands.
