Get your Sherlock Holmes on!

“Now, it was equally certain that, immediately on her return, she had gone to the room in which she was least likely to see her husband, had flown to tea as an agitated woman will, and finally, on his coming in to her, had broken into violent recriminations.” —The Adventure of the Crooked Man

I know I fly to tea when I’m agitated. If that doesn’t do the trick, I’m likely to pick up a favorite book. Is there anything better for an agitated soul than tea and a good book? I don’t think so. Unless, of course, it’s tea dressed up as a good book.

The cozy is worked from the top down, in two sections. Each of these crown sections is formed of three wedges. Integrated i-cord runs down the edges and between the wedges. Once the two sections are complete, you continue the center wedges to form the ear flaps, and join the side wedges from each section to work the front and back brims.
