I made two patterns for this tile and I’m giving gift again.
This pattern contains written instructions and a chart for one of the two crocheted square mosaic motifs (see main photo).
This pattern also contains one more chart without written text, only chart!

The charts are created using two different colors. I used unmercerized but strong cotton thread 306 yards per 100 gr. Crochet hook No2.5.
Finished size of main tile 21 cm (approx. 8.3”) square, weight — 35.5 g.

Any yarn and appropriately sized hook can be used to make this pattern but you will get a different size square. Acrylic yarns, cotton or a mixed fiber all will work well.

“Deliza Tile” is made in 24 rounds, starting with a magic circle. Tile is crocheted in the round from the center and outward, using mosaic overlay crochet technique. The technique is not difficult, just pay close attention to the stitch placement in the chart. You will need to already be comfortable with the BLOsc / FLOdc technique of mosaic crochet worked from a chart and also foundation single crochet.
Stitches used are (all in US terms): slip stitch, chain stitch, single crochet in back loop only, double crochet in front loop only.
