This cute Demodog pup, will steal your heart! His mouth can open and close, so be careful, he’ll eat anything…

The Demodog measures about 4 inches / (10 cm when it’s mouth is closed, and 5,5 inches / 14 cm when opened. It’s made in a fingering yarn, but can be made from any weight yarn and appropriate hook for different sizes.

This is an Intermediate skilled pattern as stitches required include:

• Slip Stitch
• Chain Stitch
• Single Crochet (US)
• Increasing
• Decreasing
• Working with wire

Materials needed:

• Fingering weight Body colour Kaki
• Fingering weight Mouth colour Scarlet
• Fingering weight Mouth colour Black
• Fingering weight Heart colour Red
• 2.5 mm crochet hook
• Small amount of white yarn (for teeth)
• 18 or 19 gauge wire - 24 inches / 60cm Wire & pliers (optional)
• Toy filling
• Yarn needle
• Stitch markers
