A top down sock, worked in an interesting but not too ridiculous ribbing and cable pattern. This design features all my favourite details: a flap and gusset heel with a reinforced heel flap and turn; and a nicely shaped no-graft toe. The left and right are subtly different, with offset cable patterns, to keep things interesting. You can, of course, make them match, but where’s the fun in that?
