This sweater is knit in the traditional Icelandic Lopapeysa style. The body and sleeves are worked in the round from the bottom up and are then joined together to form a yoke i.e. the circular patterned area around the shoulders. The body is waisted and short rows are used at the neck to provide a comfortable fit. Léttlopi is a fantastic yarn to work with. It’s exceptionally warm and comes in a wide range of beautiful colours.
