The Diamond Back Hoodlum: a warm and cozy sweater with a wraparound hood. It is the perfect extra layer to get you through cold winters or to wear as a warm layer in early spring. The hood is intended to be very cozy and face-snuggling, and drapes casually around the neck like a cowl when down.

Highlighed with a textured diamond pattern starting partway up the spine and on the sleeves, this sweater can be adapted different torso and sleeve lengths according to your personal preferences. The Diamond stitch pattern was chosen to work best with a worsted or DK weight yarn. Lighter weight yarns may not cover as much of the back and sleeves as intended.

To create a Diamond Back Hoodlum that fits you perfectly you will need to combine this recipe with a pattern from the Custom Fit website for $9.99 US (or using a pattern code, if this recipe was purchased as part of a kit from Indigodragonfly, or a credit if you are a Maker or Maker Plus member of Make Wear Love)
