This blanket is perfect for winter! It’s nice and thick to keep baby warm and has great texture to keep little fingers exploring!

The two slits in the blanket are for the car seat buckle. That way little feet can’t kick it off, and the wind can’t blow it away!

Materials:
H-hook (5mm)
Worsted weight yarn (I used I Love This Yarn)
About 7 oz of the main color
Small amount of an accent color

Stitches & Abbreviations:
Ch – chain
St – stitch
Sl st – slip stitch
Sc – single crochet
Hdc – half double crochet
Dc – double crochet
Crab stitch – do a sc in the reverse direction from normal.
* * - repeat steps between asterisks
Front dc – You will put your hook from the back to the front, and dc by
crossing in front of the dc you just made, not around it.
Back dc – Go behind dc just made, and make a dc moving hook
traditionally, from front to back.
