Errata: Cast on 97 stitches, not 95. My sincere apologies for the error!

This is just one of many patterns available in my book, Mosaic Knitting Workshop!

My book can be found via Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Bookmarked Hub, and other major book retailers. Signed copies of my book are available on my personal website here. If you would like to purchase the yarn used for this pattern, click here for an affiliate link (I receive a very small commission at no cost to you!).

I’ve always loved baby items that have unconventional colors and modern patterns - this blanket is my twist on the traditional crib sized blanket (although it can easily be adapted to make a larger afghan or a smaller car seat blanket). The bulky weight yarn knits up quickly and makes a warm blanket perfect for cool winter nights.

Yarn
Lion Brand Hue + Me (80% acrylic, 20% wool), bulky, 125 g (125 m/137 yds), in the following shades:

  • Grapefruit (104P); 4 balls
  • Sea Glass (172S); 4 balls

Knitting Needles

  • Size 9mm (US 13) needles
  • Size 10mm (US 15) needles

Other Tools and Materials
Stitch markers (optional)

Tension/Gauge
13 sts and 22 rows measure 10 x 10cm (4 x 4in) over mosaic motif using 10mm
needles.
Tension is not critical for this pattern but may affect yarn requirements.

Finished Size
84 x 118cm (33 x 46.5in) after blocking
