Adorn yourself with diamonds that drape gracefully around your neck and shoulders. Construction is seamless from the top down, with short rows for back and neck shaping. Diamonds can be worked from chart or written directions, with larger sizes having proportionally larger diamonds. Optional increases add ease to skim the hips and a split hem finishes off the flattering fit.
This pattern is appropriate for intermediate level knitters. Sweater is cast on at the neck with a provisional CO and worked from the top down in the round. A link to a video for one type of provisional CO is given. Short rows raise the back of the yoke. Diamonds are formed with 1/1 cables. Yoke pattern may be worked from charts or written directions and is given in two sizes to be proportional for larger sizes. The body has optional increases to add ease to hip area and is finished with a split garter stitch hem. Pattern is 7 pages long and has been test knit and professionally tech edited.
