Subtle diamond shapes adorn these fingerless mittens. The pattern allows for various lengths and thickness of yarns. More pattern repeats make the gloves longer, less repeats make it shorter. The pattern is written for a DK yarn, but if you need a bigger size, switch to worsted weight and go up a needle size.

Special Techniques:
After thought thumb. Using waste yarn, knit specified amount of stitches. Slide the stitches knitted with the waste yarn back onto the left needle and re-knit with working yarn. After mitten is knitted, return to waste yarn. Carefully remove waste yarn and pick up live stitches at the top and bottom of the opening. Join yarn and work in the round for specified length.

Enjoy~
