ABOUT THE DIAMOND PANTS
The Diamond Pants have a wide leg fit with cables along the sides. Short rows are worked at the beginning to provide a better fit and the pattern is worked top-down, seamlessly in the round. These are perfect for cold nights due to the chunky yarn used in this pattern which also makes this a quick knit for such a large project!

GAUGE
12.5 sts x 16 rows = 10 cm x 10 cm on 8.0mm/US 11 needles in stockinette

To determine your size, measure your waist and choose the size that best matches that measurement. There is no need to account for negative ease as this is accounted for by sizing down a needle size for the waist ribbing. If your hips are much wider than your waist, you may want to knit a size up. Once the elastic waistband is sewn in, you can adjust the fit to your liking around your waist.
