Diamond Plait is a mesmerizing overlay mosaic crochet pattern. It’s woven-like design reminds me of a pinwheel when I look at it in one way, and a basket weave when I look at it in another. However you look at it, I hope you get as much enjoyment crocheting it as I did!

GUAGE: Worsted yarn and 4.5mm hook 16 stitches by 16 rows in 4 inches.
REPEAT: 27+3
REPEAT SIZE: 7” w x 6” h
FILE SIZE: 5 pages with written instructions, and chart marked with Xs.
HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR YARN REQUIREMENTS: Included in document along with various blanket measurements.

Pattern does not include instructions for a border; however I do include a video resource link for envelope borders.

How to crochet in the overlay mosaic technique is not included. There are YouTube videos that could explain it much better than I ever could.
