This lace scarf is made from less then 350 yards of worsted-weight yarn. It’s perfect to use up those orphan one or two skeins that are left over after making a sweater!

It’s thick and warm, and is perfect for showing off self-striping or long colour change yarns, but will work up just fine in a solid or tonal as well!

The sample is shown using Wisdom Yarn Poems in “Enchanted Forest” which is sadly now discontinued. Any aran or worsted-weight wool blend would substitute well.

The scarf is fully charted and has full written instructions.

Note that gauge is flexible for this pattern, though it will change the appearance and/or size of the finished object. Also, the sample was knit using almost all three skeins of the recommended yarn. Please note that if you are a loose knitter, or are enlarging the pattern in anyway, you may require an additional skein of recommended yarn.
