This is a lightweight stole that can be worn in either a scarf style or as a wrap. The lace yarn is held double and two colours are marled together for subtle colour changes.

It is named ‘Diamonds and Lilac Trees’ because my grandma used to love her two lilac trees in the garden, and because of the open mesh diamonds pattern. This pattern contains both the written instructions and two charts.
