This is a pattern for a bead crocheted necklace that’s a bit glitzy. It features both gold and silver beads with red silver-lined and black accents. The large and small diamonds and rectangles are enhanced by the silver-lined red beads that are traveling in both directions at once. If you would the necklace to be even more sophisticated and a bit more subdued, try using metallic beads.

The sample is finished with a manufactured findings, but the pattern includes instructions for alternative finishing techniques, including beaded bead caps.
