H hook or size needed to obtain gauge

Gauge:
13 Stitches and 7 Rows of Double Crochet = 4 inches

Double Crochet (Dc)
Slip Stitch (Sl St)
Double Crochet 2 Together (Dc2tog) – described in the pattern
