This small cowl is flared so it can lay close to the body, and fit neatly under your coat. It is an excellent way to showcase that beautiful single worsted skein you have, requiring only a single skein of Worsted Weight Yarn. I wanted to make the most of a gradient I had, so designed a cowl with simple lines that would not fight with the yarn. The sample is knit in Dylectable Yarns Surfeit in the colorway Wild Turkey. Measures 20” at the top, flaring to 30”.

Skills required are knitting in the round, knit, purl, increase and decrease. Gauge is not particularly important. A quick and easy project.

Cowl easily adjusted to use every inch of your beautiful yarn. Guidlines included.
