This is a simple and quick, little project consisting of only slip stitches and chains. Using super bulky yarn, you need only one ball of 50 grams (~50 metres) for adult size, and it works up in an evening or two.

The headband is crocheted in rows until desired length, and then sewn together. Chart of head measurements is included for reference.

I used Drops Snow (50 m per 50 gr) and hook 8.00 mm.
