This adorable little headband is a very quick knit! It is ribbed, and the twist comes from how you sew it together, which is the most complicated part! You can even sew it flat so there is no twist! I use whatever wool I have to hand and change my cast on to accommodate that, this pattern is for DK wool held double (knit with 2 strands of your DK wool). It is perfect for a destash as it uses less than a ball of DK wool, so you can use some of those leftover balls at the back of your stash! I use 7.5mm needles but you can use a variety of sizes from 6.5mm to 8.5mm, it’ll just alter our gauge!
