Dis Winter Neck is a high and cosy loop in brioche pattern, which warms your neck on cold days. It can be worn with a high turtle neck or folded double, just as you like it. The loop is worked top down in brioche pattern. First, it is worked in rounds, whereafter you increase stitches for front and back piece on the shoulders’ outsides. You then cast off the shoulder stitches and finish front and back piece separately.

The measurements are calculated according the given gauge. Knit a gauge swatch first, so that you hit the correct gauge. Take measurements after washing and blocking. Note that brioche pattern can expand after washing and blocking. You might have to change the needle size to hit the correct gauge.
