This knee-length dress is sized 2yo-12yo, with construction starting at the high waist/empire line, working in the round bottom-up for the bodice and top-down for the skirt.

YARN REQUIRED:
Sizes 2yo-4yo use just 1 Whirl; Sizes 6-12yo combine Whirl(s) with Whirlette (see below). Dress design is ideally suited to ombré Whirls where the lighter colour is matched with a Whirlette.
