This is my debut Pattern! I really hope you enjoyed it as much as I did creating it!! Dizzy the luv bug is a cute addition to your Valentine’s Day makes! She has an bobbly head cuz she’s so “dizzy in love”! Her wings are made up of hearts as well as her antennas!

Supplies Needed

  • Bernat Blanket
    • Blush Pink = Body
    • Sparkle/Moonlight = Wings
    • Brights/Pixie Pink = Antennae
    • Black = Arms
  • H/5mm Crochet hook
  • Poly-fil
  • 24mm Safety Eyes or Felt Eyes Scissors
  • Darning Needle

This pattern is written using American Crochet Terminology.
You will need basic amigurumi/crochet skills to follow the pattern. I use the Yarn Under/Yarn Over Method for amigurumi, other methods may produce a slight difference in the appearance of stitches. use whatever method you are comfortable with

Join each round with a sl st, ch 1 (my preferred method) However, working in a spiral will work as well if that is what you prefer.

When doing increases or decreases, I do invisible Increases and decreases. The increase doesn’t matter as much but can help hide holes. However, the decreases should be done as invisible decreases when a decrease is indicated.
