PATTERN STORY
I didn’t realize a festival shawl was a thing until I went to one. I’m not a big shawl knitter, but I can get behind a jaunty mini scarf. I used my Does Diamonds motif and put it on this cute little number.

SKILLS NEEDED
Casting on, reading charts, twisted stitches, casting off.

This project is suitable for an intermediate knitter.

CONSTRUCTION
The scarf is knit flat from beginning to end

YARN
El Robledal Moherino 400 m/ 109 yds per 100g - 1 skein

The sample used approx. 60g of the Pom Pom Star color.

GAUGE & NEEDLES
Gauge is 30 sts x 22 rows per 10 cm / 4 in in Chart B
Needle A: 4 mm / US 6

Gauge is not important for this project, but it will affect the drape and size of the final scarf.

RECOMMENDED NOTIONS
A tapestry needle for weaving in ends.
