In this tutorial I explain how you can crochet a realistic looking dog. She looks almost alive like a real dog the Yorkshire Terrier.
The pattern is easy to follow. Has step-by-step descriptions on 17 pages and includes many photos.
The dog is natural so I don’t use colors.

The dog is 23 cm (9-9,5 inch) tall.
The width of the body is approx 12 cm
The length of the dog without the tail is 24 cm

Materials:
Yarn Nako Paris 100gr White 1 skein is 3.5oz/100g, 265 Yards / 245 m 40% Premium-Acryl, 60% Polyamid (I crocheted this puppy with this yarn)

Alternative yarn:
• King Cole Embrace 100gr 245m 38% acrylic and 62% polyamide
• Lammy Soft Fun 100gr 245m 40% acrylic, 60% polyamide
• any “hairy” yarn

  1. Crochet hook: I used 1.75
  2. Fillings for toys: silicone ball
  3. A pair of eyes 15 mm, nose 12 mm
  4. Needle
  5. Metal bristle brush for combing a cat / dog
