This cowl is part of a set, with a matching hat, designed for dog lovers everywhere. Knit one for yourself or a friend or family member. With a matching or coordinating hat (I like the idea of reversing the colors on the 2 projects) you’ll be set to go during the cooler months when walking the dog can be a bit of an adventure. If you’d prefer an even larger cowl, using a heavier weight yarn might be just the trick. Anyway you might decide to knit this, make sure you wear it with the pride of an owner who would do just about anything to make your dog smile … . . or bark or wag or jump up on the couch.

Sample was knit using Brown Sheep Prairie Spun DK in colorways DK105 Denim Jeans (MC – 146 yds) and DK130 Shimmering Mauve (CC – 79 yds). Total yardage used was 205 yds and weighed 80g.
