This pattern comes with instructions that you can use with the Doll Body pattern by Crafty Intentions to make Mermaids. This pattern DOES NOT INCLUDE THE DOLL BODY.

This pattern includes 5 styles of Tail, 4 styles of Tail Fin, 4 styles of Upper Side Fin, 4 styles of Lower Side Fin, 4 styles of Dorsal Fin, 2 styles of Bra and 2 styles of Crown.

All instructions are carefully depicted with words and photos! This pattern features clear step by step instruction with a lot of row-by-row photos. The gauge is not crucial to the pattern as long as the stitches are tight enough to hold stuffing.

This pattern is a total of 138 pages containing a full set of written instructions with photographic illustrations, and there are video tutorials for particular steps and stitches available on my YouTube channel. This Pattern consists of ONE PDF File, and the last 38 pages include 35 pages of Text-Only, Printer-Friendly instructions and 3 pages of the EU Safety and Compliance Document, but I strongly recommend you still refer to the photographic illustrations throughout the pattern if you have any questions.

Note: It is important that you choose yarn that is the same weight as that used for your Doll Body – preferably the same brand. If the yarn used for add-on clothing is thinner or thicker than that used for the doll body, then the clothes will not fit the doll. If you must use a different brand or line of yarn, I suggest you make a swatch of each yarn (body yarn and clothing yarn) and make sure the gauge is the same for both. To determine gauge, measure the number of stitches that fit in one inch and the number of rows that fit in one inch. If you cannot recreate the same gauge, you will be making clothing that will be either too large or too small to use with your doll body.
