Cast on for a Flat piece and knit first few rnds in garter stitch, centre your dollar chart from the book onto the front, then decrease in eight sections and seam and stitch, drawing up last 8 sts to form centre bottom. Make a Little drawstring and tie around the top, or thread through stitches.
