According to the instructions, this measures 7 inches in length. It includes bands of a variety of stitch patterns at the lower edge, a mid section in stocking stitch, and a buttoned waist-band.
In 4 ply using the needles stated, the petticoat measured 8 inches and would fit a 16-18 inch doll.
