This pattern was created on a circular sock knitting machine- cylinder size 72. Other cylinder sizes will work. Fingering or DK/sport weight yarn will work with this pattern. The sheep’s “wool” is attached after the sheep is knitted and assembled. About 3/4 of a skein of Lion Brand Off the Hook loop yarn or Bernat’s Pipsqueak is plenty for the “wool”
