MATERIALS
• 1 skein Lion Brand Cupcake yarn in any color, or approx. 175 yards of another category 3 yarn (one skein will make 3-4 hats)
• US 5.0mm crochet hook
• Large eye blunt needle
• Stitch markers
• Scissors
• Optional Flower: 3” wide strips of cotton fabric, Heat Bond Lite (iron-on adhesive), 1/2” button, sewing needle and white thread

MEASUREMENTS
• Gauge – 11 SC rows = 4”, 15 SC stitches = 4”
• Finished Size – My head is 21” around. The hat is 9” across when laid flat; 8” from crown to brim when laid flat.
