This classically-styled girl’s raglan cardigan, with a delicate brocade-like lace pattern flanking the front placket, is perfect for cozy winter days.

The cardigan is worked in its individual parts from the bottom up; the parts are then joined at the underarm and the raglan decreases started. Finally, there are short rows worked to shape the shoulders prior to casting off. Finishing requires minimal seaming to sew up the arms and sides.
