In addition to the Knitty version which uses Shibui and Koigu, I’ve made several versions with Blue Moon lightweight sock yarn. Note that the gauge for Blue Moon lightweight is larger than that of Shibui Sock, but there’s an easy solution for this. If you’re using Blue Moon, and you have a medium, large or x-large foot, just follow the instructions for one size smaller than you need, and you should get a perfect fit!
