Double-Knit Cowl
Double-knit patterning—worked in fine-weight yarns to create a cowl that’s warm yet lightweight—explores the interplay between Silk Garden Sock colorway #8 royal, purple and green and Silk Garden Sock Solo #3 Royal. On one side, the solid shade frames an auroral colorscape; on the reverse, solid-color blocks float against a dynamic variegated backdrop. It’s knit from a provisional cast-on and joined smoothly with Kitchener stitch. Modified selvage edges create a clean look.
