This pattern is for a sturdy double-knitted drawstring bag, completely seamless and reversible. Included in the pattern are four separate picture charts to choose from: a squid, unicorn, dragon, and crab.

The bag uses approximately 120m / 130 yds of fingering weight in two contrasting colours (60m / 65 yds per colour), knitted at a gauge of 30sts x40r = 10cm / 4”. Exact gauge is not critical, though a different gauge may affect the size and proportions of the bag.

Prior understanding of double-knitting techniques and familiarity with kitchener stitch are recommended before starting.
